European Claims Operations Manager - Financial Risks
An excellent opportunity to join a leading international Insurer as Financial Risks Operations Manager. You will be responsible for ownership and delivery of an effective and appropriate European Claims Financial Risk mitigation strategy. You will support and execute the Claims Operations strategy throughout the region which will include European countries. You will be responsible for managing the effective and appropriate controls to combat, manage and mitigate Financial Risk. Successful candidates will have experience of working within a financial risk area in the general insurance sector, either within an insurer, regulator or consultant. Customer Retention Manager
We are looking for a Retention Manager to drive the retention strategy into the business across the intermediary and direct portfolio. In this pivotal role you will liaise with internal stakeholders across the business to gain a thorough understanding of the proposition and their needs in order to develop an effective long term strategy to retain business.
Reporting into Senior Management you will be expected to analyse current and past results devising and implementing strategies to deliver increased retention levels across the book adhering to regulatory requirements. You will be expected to monitor progress to ensure an increased profitability through customer retention has been achieved and continually seek to find new ways to enhance or develop the products and services offered to its intermediaries and direct customer base.
To be considered you must proven experience in developing customer retention strategies from within the financial services sector being a highly astute in dealing with internal stakeholders and managing projects from inception through to delivery and performance analysis.
