European Claims Operations Manager - Financial Risks

You will be responsible for ownership and delivery of an effective and appropriate European Claims Financial Risk mitigation strategy. You will support and execute the Claims Operations strategy throughout the region which will include European countries. We are looking for a Retention Manager to drive the retention strategy into the business across the intermediary and direct portfolio. In this pivotal role you will liaise with internal stakeholders across the business to gain a thorough understanding of the proposition and their needs in order to develop an effective long term strategy to retain business. Reporting into Senior Management you will be expected to analyse current and past results devising and implementing strategies to deliver increased retention levels across the book adhering to regulatory requirements. One of the key responsibilities of this role is to help build the credibility of the Data Development Team. You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team of data and engineering professionals providing engineering and cat modelling domain expertise to all aspects of the center of excellence data activities. You will also provide technical content leadership for activities such as data mining and data analytics on warehoused data, and related management services and solutions. Some of the key responsibilities are for technical content and overall quality of the databases developed and the data services provided.
