Senior Consultant - General Insurance
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen at Darwin Rhodes for a (Senior) Consultant to join the successful Insurance Division in London. The Insurance team handles specialist assignments across Underwriting, Claims, Broking, Risk Management and Analytics platforms within Lloyd’s/London Market as well as regionally. Our expanding client list includes many of the top names in these markets. We are now seeking an experienced individual with previous experience of the Insurance market to join us. You will be responsible for meeting with existing and prospective clients and understanding their requirements and offering both retained and contingency based recruitment solutions. You will be expected to network, market map and headhunt prospective candidates as well as show a desire to keep up to date with market developments and movements. You will have previous Insurance experience, either within a recruitment function or within a client-facing role in the market, as well as previous experience of working to tight deadlines and timescales. Consultant - Actuarial (Experienced)

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant ideally with general insurance experience. You will be fully trained on the actuarial market and will inherit a well established client base. You will however be expected to headhunt candidates on a daily basis, so you must be confident, resilient and determined with strong communication skills. You will be expected to meet with candidates and clients alike and have the ability to build rapport. You will also be required to attend various industry events and conferences.
