Distribution Governance Manager – Insurance – South coast

Working as part of this newly devised team, you will play an integral part in ensuring the business meets all regulatory, risk and control requirements and the appropriate governance arrangements are in place.

Accountabilities: (will include, but not limited to)

  • Responsible for the lifecycle management & governance of all complex third party relationships in line with Regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the customer-centric culture which inspires and motivates colleagues across the third partsSales teams
  • Liaise with key stakeholders outside the organization where risk issues incidents require escalation, including 2nd line of defence and company UK colleagues
  • To work with the Global sales teams to accurately map third party key processes and controls.

You will require:

  • At least 5 years’ experience working within a FCA regulated environment
  • Experience of working within a Financial services environment: preferably within Health Insurance Market, or have transferable skills and knowledge from other Finc services sectors, such as Life Insurance, Retail, commercial or Investment Banking & Wealth Management.
  • Experience and evidence if ICOBS & FCA handbook knowledge
