At Darwin Rhodes we believe that our people are the heart of our business. That is why we focus on giving our employees the best opportunities when it comes to their careers and to support them throughout their journey with us.

From day one with us, we will take you through an 8 week induction and training programme that will cover each and every step to help you in your recruitment career. This will also include a 90 day fast track programme to help you get up to speed quicker. Whether you have a number of years’ experience within the industry or are just starting your recruitment career, we like to tailor our programmes to suit your needs and experience.

Throughout the year, we will run various workshops that cover our three main training modules that will help you succeed in our business. Included in this will be various reading documents, guides and role plays with your fellow employees. Between our main workshops we run numerous training sessions run by our more senior consultants that can pass on some of their experience. We also invest time in training you to use our core software programme and LinkedIn.​​

Within our team, we encourage all our staff to progress and develop their skills, whether this be from a Researcher to a Consultant, Consultant to a Senior Consultant or Senior Consultant to a Manager. We are always eager for our employees to discuss their career progressions with us and for us to help in whichever way we can. Our own team have learning and development objectives in their annual goals.
